We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

 

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

  1. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the returned goods are in exactly the same condition (new and unused) as they were shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and its accompanying box.
  2. Yes, you need to pay for shipping. We do not bear any shipping costs

 

How do I make a return?

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

  1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
  2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

 

Important Notice

  1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. If you want to return or exchange the goods, please contact us. We will send you the return address of the item.
  2. Please make sure that our items are not damaged in the return package, and the package cannot contain non-CASEGRACE items. If so, we will not be responsible for sending these items back to you.

 

Refund amount:

After we receive your order, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets all our return standards.

Once approved, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Your refund will be issued within 7-10 working days after receiving the returned item

Please note that there may be a delay in depositing funds into your account. This is due to the difference in processing time between banks and payment providers.

Please note that we cannot refund any shipping costs.
